I understand that BestFreeHipHop.com, hereafter referred to as BFHH, is a free music download website and, as such, permits its users to download my copyrighted works for personal use. I authorize BFHH to grant said permission on my behalf for copyrighted materials I submit to BFHH.

I understand that, unless notified otherwise, BFHH will not distribute my works on any websites written primarily in the English language. This agreement is limited to non-English speaking websites only.

I understand that, in return, BFHH will make all statistical data, including download history, customer inquiries and relative standing with other featured artists available to me and any business entities (i.e record labels, publishing companies) deemed suitable by BFHH.

I certify that any and all samples, including drum loops and vocal samples, used in my musical works are authorized for free web distribution as part of a musical work. I shall indemnify and hold BFHH and its website users wholly harmless from any legal action arising from my failure to gain authorized clearance for such use.

I certify that the musical works, or any part thereof, I submit to BFHH are not a copy of, or derived from, any other copyrighted works. I certify that I am the original creator of these works and am authorized to enter this agreement. I shall indemnify and hold BFHH wholly harmless from any legal action based on the copyright status of the musical works, or any part thereof, I submit to BFHH.

I shall indemnify and hold BFHH and its licensors wholly harmless from any legal action based on claims that the musical works submitted to BFHH were created wholly, or in part, for, on behalf of, or during the period of any contractual relationship I had/have with, any person or publishing entity not wholly owned and controlled by me, including but not limited to major record labels, major television networks, publishing companies, commercial music libraries, artist management companies, media production companies, game development firms, or other publishing entities.

I understand that BFHH does not hold any exclusive right to these musical works. I can continue to distribute and sell my music in any manner I choose. I understand that if these musical works become part of an exclusivity agreement with any party other than BFHH, I will immediately notify BFHH of said exclusivity agreement. In the event I fail to immediately notify BFHH of the existence of any exclusivity agreement, I shall indemnify and hold BFHH and its subscribers wholly harmless from any legal action based on a violation of any exclusivity agreement.

BFHH retains the right to remove any musical works from its catalog without first notifying me or obtaining my approval. BFHH may remove musical works at any time and for any reason.
